We celebrate Valentine's Day every day in the month of February, and you probably guessed St. Patrick's Day happens every
day in March. Our haunted holidays happen by reservation throughout the year, and we have a holiday decompression stay
for those who need a break before or after major holidays. If you are seeking your ancestors in Southern Illinois,

St. Patrick's Day
We love March, because the whole world turns a little Irish on St. Patrick's Day. One day a month is not enough
for The Irish Inn, so we celebrate every single day! Irish music, storytelling around warm fires, special
catered dinner feasts of Irish stew, corned beef and cabbage, or four other dinners, our full Irish breakfasts,
and the blarney of your Irish Innkeeper will make your March visit here unforgettable. We offer this special

 Valentine's Day &
Sweetheart Holidays
Every day in February is Valentine's Day, and every day is perfect for celebrating your engagement, anniversary, birthdays,
or to rekindle your fine romance. Each suite has its own charm, with king-sized beds and one is a feather
bed. The Irish Inn offers plenty of privacy, romantic music, and you can ask us to arrange
any special luxury - locally procduced wines, cheeses, a dozen of high quailty red roses, and chocolate from The Chocolate
Factory are favorites.
Both suites have refrigerators for any special libations you may want to chill. Upon request your breakfast will
be served en suite, so that you can enjoy our delicacies privately. Books of Irish poetry are available if you
would like to read master works to each other, and of course we have the most romantic films set in Ireland ready for viewing.
Our price is the regular $149/suite plus tax/night plus the cost of any special things you would like us to have ready
in your rooms. You will get a special evening treat upon your arrival served with peppermint tea, and our trademark

Getting Married at The Irish Inn
Imagine getting married under
a sea of stars, in front of a large fireplace burning hickory, in the forest, at the bottom of a canyon, or at water's edge? Any
of these scenarios have been chosen by couples who have married at The Irish Inn. We offer an ELOPEMENT
PACKAGE for $500 which includes the couple's stay at The Irish Inn for two
nights with all amenities and full Irish breakfast, arranging the marriage license, providing a minister on site to perform
the ceremony, witnesses, wedding cake, and photographs taken by our staff with your digital photography equipment. To

Genealogy Holiday
Southernmost Illinois is one of the oldest
settlement areas in the State of Illinois, and many visit here to find their ancestors. The Irish Inn
offers those on a genealogy quest all the comforts of home, a small genealogical library for study after all the libaries
and research centers are closed, and your individualized ancestor chart processed right here at The Irish Inn.
The cost of a weekend here for genealogical research is $299 or $154 for one day (both double occupancy).

call Dallas Cain of the Western United Cherokee, (618) 922-3273 to learn about their monthly cultural (first Friday of the
month) and genealogy study nights (third Tuesday of the month) in Vienna, Illinois at the Vienna Public Library. You
can attend a Cherokee meeting and have a great holiday at The Irish Inn.
Haunted Holidays
This area may be the most haunted place in Illinois, and many sites of paranormal activity are located
within walking distance or short drive from The Irish Inn. You can enjoy a haunted holiday
with us that includes an eerie ghost tour! We suggest getting started on a Friday night just before dark.
Many of the sites involve walking, so bring your comfortable shoes. Click on the "Ghost Menu" tab to select the
sites you find most interesting. Choose either comfortable suite at The Irish Inn and enjoy
our huge Irish breakfasts, snacks, teas, and coffees; and ghost tours for $299 plus tax. If you cannot make it
for the whole weekend, book a night during the week for $165 plus tax. Our ghost tours were featured in the "Haunted
Illinois" story in the Fall 2002 edition of Illinois Now magazine. Read fictionalized accounts

Between The Holidays
Visit Southern Illinois for a holiday break before or after Easter or between Thanksgiving
and Christmas. Bring your gifts to wrap by our warm hearth or go shopping for bargains in Southern Illinois or across the Ohio River in Paducah,
Kentucky. This is a great opportunity for busy couples or girlfriends
to relax for a few days at The Irish Inn between the two busiest holidays of the year or before or after
Easter. All visits include our trademark
full Irish breakfast in the mornings and a turkey with all the trimmings brunch one day, so you can let someone else do the
cooking while you relax! Two-day visits are $350, and for each additional day add $99. Call (618)

The STRESS
FREE WEDDING includes your wedding ceremony, minister, cake, silver service, china, and fine linens that will delight
the marrying couple, their attendants, and ten guests. We plan weddings rain or shine, with couples getting their marriage
license in Pope County the day before the ceremony. Some weddings that were going to be outdoors in the nature areas
have ended up being in front of the fireplace in the great room of The Irish Inn due to inclement weather, but this never
dampened any spirits! The room is so large we can set up for as many as 25 guests seated and later cleared out for dancing.
All you have to think about is what you will wear, the bouquet you will toss, and how to get here. This is the lowest-impact
way to get married, and instead of being stressed throughout, just show up and enjoy yourselves! Prices start at $999
